Question Apache error after adding a new post

Regular Pleskian
The website hosted on AWS Lightsail with Ubuntu Web Admin edition (free version). Added a new post (not plugins/themes). The site next showing:

There has been a critical error on this website.

On checking logs on Plesk panel, it is showing Apache Error:

AH01071: Got error 'PHP message: Connection refusedPHP message: Connection refusedPHP message: Connection refusedPHP message: Connection refusedPHP message: Connection refusedPHP message: Connection refused', referer:

Help appreciated.
