I own a PLESK SERVER (version 11.0.9)
I set up automatic reply via email menu and a redirection for a certain email account.
However, it does not work when somebody sends an e-mail to this account. This is the only thing that does not work on the server. When I looked at the logs, I saw that 2 applications processed the incoming email with no error. I guess that these 2 applications are the auto-reply and the redirection. Thus, I suppose that the problem is linked to some missing configuration for sending emails from the Plesk server. But when we send email with the mailbox, the mails are correctly sent. Do you have any idea how we could solve this problem ?
