Autoreply Failure - Plesk Panel 11.0.9 Update #61

Our client's autoreply feature isn't working.

Plesk Panel: Plesk Panel 11.0.9 Update #61
Operating System: CentOS 6.5 (x86_64)
Mail Transport Agent: Postfix

What steps should I take to troubleshoot this?

UPDATE: This behavior seems to be limited to mail sent from other "local" mail accounts. i.e., Mail from sender@example.[COLOR="#FF0000"]com[/COLOR] to recipient@example.[COLOR="#00FF00"]net[/COLOR] do not receive an automated reply (assuming that both - example.com and example.net are both hosted on the same system).

Hi,

I would assure that the sender's lack of auto reply was not due to a low "Reply to the unique e-mail address not more than X" value, when the auto reply was setup. Failing that, observe the behavior in the mail log.

grep -i recipent@example.com /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog
