@All:
I am in the task of migrating my old rootserver to a new one (both with Plesk 10.4.4).
On the new server, the autoresponder isn't working at all anymore. Neither the reply is send to the sender nor the mail is forwarded to the mail adress configured in the settings.
It is turned on at different mailnames in different domains (I checked the status with Plesk panel as well as via "/usr/local/psa/bin/autoresponder --info -mail mailname@domain.tld" - it is shown as configured and anabled) but no reply is send out. I checked the logfiles in /var/log/ (mail.*, syslog) as well as in /usr/local/psa/var/log/maillog, but no entry showing any problem.
Details on Config: Plesk 10.4.4 running on Linux version 2.6.32-5-amd64 (Debian 2.6.32-38) (ben@decadent.org.uk) (gcc version 4.3.5 (Debian 4.3.5-4) ) #1 SMP Mon Oct 3 03:59:20 UTC 2011
Thanks for tipps directing me into the right direction to solve the problem (unfortunately, search here as well as in Google didn't help me on my way for the root cause analysis).
Here an example of the entry in the logfile when a mail arrives to a mailbox with autorepsonder set:
As you can see - no error in the logfile.
Ciao
Peter
