Back-up manager Missing

Hello, am missing a backup manager under tools & settings, surprisingly the back process goes on smoothly both ftp and server repository.
As you can see in the attachment.
How do i get it back in the control panel.

Just go to Tools & Settings>Updates and Upgrades and install backup manager there.
