Question backup all without web sites content

Hi

I've searched this forum and couldn't find what I need.

We use another efficient backup solution to backup our plesk server with rsync.
Our Plesk server is hosting large websites consisting 50GB of website data / site,
this makes the plesk backup feature resource intensive. (gzip tarring multiple 50GB's)

Because it's redundant, we only want to exclude "Web sites’ content".

Can I just exclude everything like this:
