Backup domain problems...

on our ded server, we're using Plesk for windows, via w2k3 server.

up to last week for any of our 40+ domains on that box, the Backup worked fine. Now, it will not run at all for any domain.

We start the backup, give it a name, and then we get the same error (for all 40 domains) that says "Some fields are empty or contain an improper value. Comments: Value is invalid" and that stops any backup from being carried out.

Why? What is now diff? We've installed NO new updates or hardware since months ago, but Plesk now refuses to provide a backup.

Why? Anyone else have this problem?

Jim,

I have not seen this problem before, and we do have a few Plesk servers, windows 2000/2003 and linux and have never encountered it.

I would suggest contacting your datacentre/hosting provider to see if one of their admins can look into it for you, and if not, then contact plesk directly through their support form
