We have the isue with our client and their backups in Plesk 11. He try to download backup but any time he recived error message (see atached image). We searched for this in forum and Google but nothing found. I apologize if I have overlooked something. A hint or idea what it should be and how can we solve, would be appreciated. thanks in advance.
