  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Backup Manager plesk 10.3.1

Byron R

New Pleskian
Hello, I have had to rebuild my server over the new years period due to a damaged Kernal.

Before initiating the rebuild i created a backup on plesk 10.3.1 it downloaded fine and everything was accounted for.

Now I've arrived at version 10.3.1 installation again, but i hit a snag with the backup manager again.

I go to upload the file from my local machine to the server repository. I select the correct file and hit "ok" it starts uploading and then quickly within seconds it, returns to the Backup Manager home screen saying "Backup was uploaded to server repository."

For starters:
1. An 8gb backup will take a bit longer than 2 seconds to upload to the server.
2. No files are to be seen anywhere on the server.

I am running centOS 5.3 with Plesk 10.3.1.

Please assist.
