Resolved Backup not started in windows plesk

Issue
I have set up ftp backup in plesk but whenever I try to backup manually it does not start. I can access ftp from filezilla.

What exact error messages do you have? Have you tried to troubleshoot it? Any useful information from backup logs https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213911325#backup ?

Well, backup log is stopped here:

Hmm... That's not errors, just debug information. I see nothing suspicious in your example. Do you have any related errors in backup logs?

No other errors, but every other backup which have failed stopped here.

How can I restart backup service (if any) in windows server? I think may be restarting will solve this.

I already found that one I mean from plesk panel itself.

After upgrading to plesk 12.5.30 backup is working fine.
