Backup restore ist not possible

Hello,

yesterday we have to initialize our whole server, so after restoring Suselinux with plesk 11.0.9 MU53 we want to restore our whole data via our weekly backup file.
After downloading from the ftp-server to the server repository plesk says "Backup is not a valid backup" ...

so, what should we do, what can we do to restore our data?

Hello Igor,

thanks for your suggestions.
But, it doesn't help. I've done everything in the thread you mentioned but the status is still "not valid".

By the way,
a file named "status_WRONG-FORMAT" is not in the directory, but a "status_CONTENT-ERROR".

What can I try next ?!
