  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

backup server error

xiri

New Pleskian
Hi,
currently my Plesk Backup Manager always fails when trying to create server-backups. I use psa v10.1.1_build1010110120.18 os_SuSE 10.3.

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?>
<execution-result status="error">
<object name="backup" type="backupowner">
<message severity="error" code="msgtext">Unable to create dump: Can't call method "add" on an undefined value at /usr/local/psa/PMM/agents/PleskX/Packer.pm line 4958.

</message>
</object>
</execution-result>

Any ideas how to troubleshoot this?

Thanks

SuSE 10.3 is outdated, they won't support. But it looks like security error. Have you tried to ftp fron local server to remote? were you able to FTP to it ?
