• The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Backup to remote server issue

Hi,

We have 3 windows standard edition, with 3 plesk licences. All of them has version 8.6
We backup over network to a 4th server. This was working well for long time. But now it is failing
On 2 of the servers the backup is failing lately. Error : "Logon failure: unknown user name or bad password"
When i run the backup manually (by opening plesk backup and load config file) it works perfect
When i run it from schedule. i recieve this error !
The 3th server is still working fine !!

"Everyone" has access to that backup folder, so i dont think its a matter of security on the target folder.

The settings of all 3 servers are identical !
