  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Block a domain as email destination

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'd like to know if it's possible with Plesk 12 to block a given domain as destination of emails.

For example: imagine I want some customers not to be able to send emails to addresses in the domain "@parallels.com". Is it possible?

I use Postfix for outgoing mails.

Thanks in advance.

You can limit number of outgoing emails per domain but you can't block sending email to specific domains.

Hi @IgorG and @abdi. I had already set up the outgoing emails limits enabled, that's what the articles shared are about.

However, I want to block a given user to send emails to a given domain. That's a different problem.

Thanks.

I'm browsing and found a way to block the whole server to send emails to a given domain. But not how to block just a given user.
Thanks.
