  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Blocking Mail via IP Address

We are getting buried in Spam, and I need to find a way to restrict Sendmail so that any IP address or portion thereof (84.123, 195.234.113, 80, 112.164.55.213, etc.) will not be allowed to send us mail.

I thought I could use the blacklist in the control panel but that seems to only work for DOMAIN names which is stupid because half of them are fake and blocking on that is a waste of time....

Suggestions?

I read that kB and if I am not mistaken, it deals with its own internal spam more than what is being received from the outside.

All I want to know is, what can I do to block IP Address from being able to send us mail.....
