  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Bounce errors of external accounts in relay

radykal

New Pleskian
Hello,

I have some customers which use my dedicated with plesk as smtp relay for their exchange servers (dynamic ip of local servers...) so i have done this:

- setup a standard email account with 1Kb in my own domain.
- configure email settings to allow POP before SMTP for 30 mins.
- in customers exchange have a connector authing to my server in that account each 10 minuts. And sendig relay of emails without need of smtp auth due to POP before SMTP.

The problem comes when using this system if a customer sends an email which bounces back due to antispam, wrong destination address, or some others... the bounce errors are received by default email server address (root@...) because the recipient address is an external account not hosted here. Is there any way to bounce the error to an external SMTP account?

Thanks you
