  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Call to a member function updateUser() on null

Lord_st_john

New Pleskian
Hi,

I have a similar case as the one described here : https://kb.plesk.com/en/122505

But on this command :
select id from ServiceInstances where servicePackageId = '10' AND serviceInstallationId = (select id from ServiceInstallations where name = 'PleskFileSystem');

I have an empty return, and I don't know how to resolve it (and can't do the next step) ?

Do you have an idea ?

Thank's.

Try to fix possible database inconsistency with:

# plesk repair db

Unfortunately it doesn't help, still the same issue.

What I already tried to repair :
plesk repair all -y
followed by
/usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller --select-release-current --reinstall-patch --install-component base

But still have the problem.
