Question Can be delay the start of Watchdog?

Hi,
I've found that watchdog start but not all monitoring services succeed to start. I've tried to increase the "Service startup time " from the default 60s to 90 or 120.
But my question is about the delay when my server turn on. Is this possible ? Or is there an alternative way to start up watchdog after the server is restarted ?

Look at the event "Service restarted" in Event Manager.

is there something other that I can do ?

I've seen in /etc/systemd/system/multi-user.target.wants/ that wdcollect.service has these command :

Description=Watchdog wdcollect
Requires=nss-lookup.target remote-fs.target
After=nss-lookup.target remote-fs.target
Wants=network.target
After=network.target
Before=getty@tty1.service

Is there a possibility to mod this file ?
