Can login, but not under one specific domain.

Hi Guys,

Client called me regarding not being able to login. I subsequently found this problem, I can login as admin under any https://www.domain.com:8443 account, but not his.

Nor does any other credentials work, simply gives Incorrect Login error, or just redirects back with no message at all.

Any ideas?

Please verify if this account has correct password, try to reset it. Also check if this account is allowed to login to Plesk CP in Domains > domain.tld > Domain Administrator (for dom_admin). Check if there are now stuck sessions in psa.sessions table and remove them if necessary:

# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa/.shadow` psa -e"select * from sessions;"

# mysql -uadmin -p`cat /etc/psa/.psa/.shadow` psa -e"delete from sessions;"

I can't even login as admin under that domain, i can't log in under any account under that domain!

but on any other domain i can... and the client can as well. its very strange.
