  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Cannnot access application vault

Hello all,

I have plesk 9.3 installed on red hat and just recently the main application vault manager has become unaccessible. After trying to access the application vault, plesk displays a "Error:" message at the top of the page with no other information, just "Error:" with a red cross. Are there any error logs I can check to get more info.

Thanks,

Strange... Try to check /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log at least.

There are a lot of SSL errors but no errors are logged after clicking on the main application vault manager.

I have an update to this thread. This error started when a "security audit" was done on the server. What could possibly be stopping the application vault from working?

Did you ever find an update to this? Year later I have the same blank Error: with no output or log entry. This is on Plesk 9.5.2/CentOS 5.5.

Updated using parallels_autoinstaller latest package to 9.5.4, still only Error: when trying to access AppVault. /var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log has no output from this, and don't see any other logging?

I don't know what was causing my error. My server host fixed this for me.
