Cannot access domain after Update #31

Getting the below error on our corporate domain after upgrading to patch #31 from #29... Not good this is our Corporate domain.

Internal error: Unable to load object of type Account with id=328: Account: unable to select: no such row in the table

It was database inconsistency not related to MU#31 and fixed by Support Team in ticket #1839286.
