  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Cannot access Plesk Panel Windows from outside

After migrate some sites from another Plesk, I cannot access Plesk Panel Windows 12.5.30 from outside, I can access it only from the local Windows Desktop.
The firewall is disabled and checked all the Plesk configurations and applied Plesk Reconfigurator.
I can see that https is doesn't work too from outside.

Please help!
 
You haven't really provided much information such as any error messages that you've might be getting, or if you're getting an 500 error or if you tried other browsers, etc. Lack of information makes it very hard to point you in the right direction.

Also, did you tried access your control panel via https://<ip address>:8443 and/or https://<ip address>:8880 or tried accessing the unsecured port?
 
hello, im in same situation, my plesk control panel isn't accessible from internet, both https://<ip address>:8443 and/or https://<ip address>:8880 not works, chrome explorer show ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT error message.

Only https://localhost:8443 works AND I configure 2222 port to IIS bindings and also works https://<ip address>:2222, windows firewall is disabled my plesk version is v. 12.0.18
 
In IIS I check application pool selected on panelpleskcontrol's site (in advanced settings), PleskControlPanel application pool are selected, the psaadm user are selected for this pool but this user not exists

To try fix it I follow this process: in Plesk Reconfigurator, select 'repair plesk installation' option, select 'Plesk server account' option then click in check button , process show this error 'A new member could not be added to a local group because the member has the wrong account type'

any suggestion please
