Cannot receive mail : sorry, no mailbox here by that name

Hi all !

I have a dedicated server, and i have trouble with qmail+roundcube.
My server is nsxxxxx.ovh.net and if i create an email addresse
like : test@nsxxxxx.ovh.net => No trouble, i can send email from xxxx@gmail.com to test@nsxxxxx.ovh.net and reply works too.

But with my domaine mydomain.com, i create an email addresse too, like user@mydomaine.com. But now if i send an email from xxx@gmail.com to user@mydomain.com i systematically receive this message :
dns6.french-connexion.com a généré cette erreur :
sorry, no mailbox here by that name. (#5.7.17)

How can i do ?
Plesk 11.5 with Ubuntu 12.04

from your home PC: does a ping mail.mydomaine.com resolve properly to your server?

Yes of course, if i ping mail.mydomaine.com my OVh's server answer.
Same thing if on a CLI i put :
nslookup
set type=mx
mydomaine.com

here the answer :
ping mail.universal-xxx.fr

Envoi d'une requête 'ping' sur mail.universal-xxx.fr [91.121.xx.xx] avec 3
2 octets de données*:
