Cannot update 'Apache web server support'

Hi all!

I got the error message 'Installation can not continue' (translated from german) when starting to update 'Apache web server support'.

OS: Ubuntu 10.04.4 LTS
Panel-Version: 11.5.30 Update #7

Is that an important update or can i ignore it???

Could you please provide more details? Error messages in Logs, steps-to-reproduce, etc.

Hello Igor,

it can be reproduced going to the update site 8447) then choosing Plesk hosting features -> Apache web server support (today also MySQL server support cannot be updated -.-) and this installation fails, every other installation so far was successful.
Which log can i send you, i checked some log files but i cannot find an error message relating to that...

Try to do it with /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/autoinstaller and check errors in output. Also autoinstaller log in /tmp may be useful.

The output when executing the autoinstaller is 'BUSY: Update operation was locked by another update process.'. (after i restarted the server)
In /tmp there is a file named 'psa-installer.lock'...?
