Cannot use Plesk Backup to FTP repository

Hi all, I am having some issues making my Plesk server back up to a FTP repository.
It seems the server can backup locally just fine, but, it chokes and fails if I ask it to send to my FTP server.

Details:
- Domain backup
- Backing up to www.onlinefilefolder.com (a Godaddy service)
- Using passive mode
- FTP repository uses directory /pleskbackups

Problem:
- The backup will run and create a local .xml file in the Local Repository tab.
- I assume it created the backup locally at the default local directory (no problems with disk space).
- I check the Current Backup Tasks tab and it shows a status of failed.
- I check the Personal FTP Repository and the file does not exist.

Debug steps:
- I tried finding a log file, cannot find it.
- I tried running the pleskbackup command from the command line in verbose mode and it seems to get stuck in a loop.
- I also tried changing my FTP settings to normal mode (not passive) and it still fails.

At this point, I have no idea what to do. I can say that I am a bit disappointed in Plesk's lack of log files or some kind of status updates. The system is very nice, but, lacks in ways to really find problems if they exist. Does anyone have ideas you can throw my way?

Try to find any related errors in logs from /usr/local/psa/PMM/ directory. I hope it will help.
