Issue can't email gmail accounts

Hello
I was trying to secure my mail server from strange emails recieved daily from strange domains based on steps in this article
Protection from Outbound Spam

When I deleted IP addresses and networks from the mail server’s white list (as mentioned in the link), my webmail doesn't send mails to gmail

127.0.0.0 / 8
127.0.0.1 / 32
::1 / 128

and I got the following

I've returned the IP addresses to the white list, but the same problem continues.

How to slove that?

Unfortunately it looks like your IP CIDR range has been listed by UCEProtect as are a lot of Contabo's IP ranges.

UCEPROTECT®-Network - Spam Database Query - Pit in your servers IP it's listed in their Level 3 listing due to Contabo's IP ranges spamming on other IP ranges.

Your IP is also listed on a few blacklists here:
MultiRBL.valli.org - Results of the query 173.249.46.207 The only6 way to not have UCEProtect whish is used by Free mail providers is to pay to have your IP address listed in whitelisted.org. However there is a charge for that. Unfortunately there is no easy way to tell you that your VPS providers IP ranges are not exactly squeaky clean.

Dealing with email server issues can be a real puzzle, right? I have the same issue.
