Can't Install Applications

Hello,

I've been introduced to Plesk recently, and enjoying it so far.

However, I haven't been able to install a single application yet. I'm receiving "Error: Installation of phpopenchat at http://***.com/chat failed. Unable to extract archive to directory '/opt/psa/var/apspackages/apscatalogOoTl8A.zipd9231f92-55f0-df/cache'" message.

OS: Ubuntu 14.04.3 LTS
Ver: 12.0.18 Update #64

I would appreciate if you could help me with this issue.

You can try to clear APS packages cache: Tools&Settings>Application Vault>Clear cache
And then try to install the application again. Also check related error messages in /var/log/plesk/panel.log

I cleared the app cache but still it's giving me that error. Is there a way to see the log from the plesk gui? or is it viewable only via SSH?

I changed the folder/subfolder/file permissons of the apspackages to 777 but I received the same error.

Any ideas?

Do you have AppArmor enabled? Do you have enough free disk space?

I have enough disk space. AppArmor was enabled but I stopped the service and removed it. Still receiving the same error.

Edit: I restarted the server after removing the AppArmor. Same...
