Cant login after Update from Plesk 11.x to 12.0.18

Hello,

I have VPS Server with Parallels Plesk 11.5.30 (64 bits) on OVH.ORG
Today i do Update to newest version via https://MY-IP:8447

Update log (I copy it when do update):

Now i cant login to my server:
https://37.187.38.206:8443

How can i repair it. I dont wanna install again Plesk Panel becouse i have a lot of configuration and email adress.
All components like Apache Mysql, ftp works good, but i cant only login.

Ok i resolved my problem. I see on logs when i turn off and turn on service psa PSA dont acces to /dev/shm but i dont have mounted that partion and i can't mount it (Thats why error when try update)

I have Centos 6.5 Final so i go to
cd /dev
mkdir shm
chmod 755 shm

add to /etc/fstab line:
shm /dev/shm tmpfs defaults 0 0

Stop service /etc/init.d/psa stop

after mount /dev/shm
and turn on /usr/local/psa/bootstrapper/pp12.0.18-bootstrapper/bootstrapper.sh repair

After repair 3 times Login work good and all function... (I dont know why I must do repair so much time to work panel)
