Issue can't login "plesk installer"

Good morning, i wanted to install some extra services on my plesk installation, but when i access to "plesk installer" it asks me to login, i use same login i use for plesk (administrative login) and i have a "incorrect username/password", so i can't login...


can you suggest a solution? thanks
 
Are you using ssh or gui? if ssh, then try your root login details because the plesk admin credentials doesn't work in ssh
