• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Can't login to Plesk ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT

Basic Pleskian
Hi,

our plesk instance is on a subdomain similar to this: plesk.example.com. A domain example.com was also set up.

I changed the default site in Tools & Settings > IP Addresses from "None" to "example.com".

When I try to log in at https://plesk.example.com:8443 or https://<ServerIP>:8443 I get an error and can't access the Plesk GUI any more.

How can I change the default site back to none via SSH? Or maybe there's a differen solution?

cheers
