Cant run Frontpage extensions on this page

Wondering if anyone has run into this issue. I have a customer who is using a form created in frontpage. Upon clicking submit we recieve the following error message:

Cannot run frontpage extensions on this page:

Could anyone provide any insight as to where to look to solve this problem?? I can provide more details if needed.

TIA

Generally if you post more details you would get more people 'biting at the apple'. Frontpage allows the use of 3rd party add-ons as well, so without knowing more about what all is actually in the page code, it's still a guessing game.
