Issue Can't seem to upgrade to 17.0.17 Update #12

Hello plesk forum,

I'm trying to upgrade my plesk installation on CentOS Linux 7.3.1611.
Kernel: 3.10.0-514.2.2.el7.x86_64

When I check the log file I see this:

error: unpacking of archive failed on file /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/deployer: cpio: rename failed - Permission denied

How to fix this issue? I have already tried this: https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213375029

[root@- sbin]# ls -Z /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/deployer
-rwxr-x---. root root system_u:object_r:plesk_deployer_t:s0 /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/deployer
The file seems to be ok... Full upgrade log in attachments.
