Failed to read product information from the file : Can't process products.inf3: Failed to download the file http://autoinstall-win.plesk.com/products.inf3:
The requested URL returned error: 404 Not Found

Can't process versions.inf3: Failed to download the file http://autoinstall-win.plesk.com/versions.inf3:

Hi cyberhostpro,

pls. check with "ping":

C:\Windows\system32>ping autoinstall-win.plesk.com

Pls. check possible network misconfigurations on your server and correct them, if you experience issues, when you use the Plesk autoinstaller. Pls. ask your server provider for help, or consider to contact the Plesk Support at => https://www.plesk.com/contact-us/support/#content-body , if you can't solve the issue on your own.

As a TEMPORARY SOLUTION, you can edit the file "C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc\hosts" and add the IP, which resolves to "autoinstall-win.plesk.com" from your server. Be aware, that Plesk uses CDNs, so this IP changes and depends on the location, you are requesting the IP from. ;)
