  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

New Pleskian
i have this problem;

I can't send e-mail messages for users who have e-mail accounts other than Gmail, libero.it etc. if a user has libero.it, hotmail.it, virgilio.it, the emails are interrupted on "Messages in queue: 1 deferred".

how can i solve? it seems that if a mailbox has .it, it cannot send and stop in queue. the emails they receive are only those from gmail, the others with it remain deferred, why?

Please look into /var/log/maillog (CentOS, Redhat) or /var/log/mail.log (Debian, Ubuntu) for messages relating to that email. They will give more details why it is not being sent out.

Your server is blacklisted with some providers. For example

Nov 14 06:05:21 facechat postfix/smtp[45301]: 72012ADA: to=<costa1481@libero.it>, relay=smtp-in.libero.it[213.209.1.129]:25, delay=0.11, delays=0.07/0.01/0.03/0, dsn=4.0.0, status=deferred (host smtp-in.libero.it[213.209.1.129] refused to talk to me: 550 smtp-28.iol.local smtp-28.iol.local IP blacklisted by CSI. For remediation please use CSI IP Reputation Remediation Portal [smtp-28.iol.local; LIB_102])

asks you to unlist it if you want to send mails to @libero.it. But that is not the only place where it is blacklisted. See
for four more blacklists that block your IP, because the server has sent spam.

You need to stop your server (or your customers) from sending spam, than request delisting from the blacklists. Afterwards you will be able to mail to your recipients again. Do not ask for delisting prior to resolving the spam issue.
