  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Changing email notification address

When the statistics is run everynight the email address gets bounced back! When I look at the bad mail folder I see that the automated email is sent from an address (scheduler@WEB1) whereby WEB1 is the computer name of the server... So this is causing the email to be bounced back (I think) as my mail server doesnt recognise this address!!

Any ideas ?

Just go to Server->Scheduler->statistic calculation and fill email you like.

Hi,
Thanks I have seen this but its the "from" address that is the problem not the "To" address. The from address seems to be set at schedule@<machinename>, however it is not a proper domain!
Thanks

did you find the solution? I'm searching, but not finding!

No joy at the moment, no one seems to know.....

You have any information about this?

I've found a file called

psa.scheduler.service.exe.config

I've altered. Will know tomorrow if it was any good. There is a place for from address in there.
