  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Client + Domain Limits

Hi Guys,

I've got the following setup:

Plesk 8.2 for Linux
100 Domain License
+ Power Pack

I want my clients to be able to use any amount of disk/traffic across their domains without having to set a limit on each domain - is this possible?

Currently if I want to limit a user to 500MB disk and 100GB transfer a month, I can do this but have to allocate an exclusive portion of this to each of the clients domains.

Any help/insight appreciated, cheers :)

I have a similar question. We have a reseller, says Joe Bloggs that is assigned a client limit of 50 domains, 500 GB disk space, 1 TB traffic.

We want Joe to be able to set all of his domains to unlimited but not exceed his total usage limits.

Currently Joe has to individually assign limits to every domain he creates. Is this the only way or is there a another way of doing this?

Does anyone have some documentation so that I can explain this process to clients?
