  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Clients Can't Pay Invoice after Upgrade

I recently updated the server to plesk 11 and now when you try to pay outstanding invoices under the Account Tab, you get a blank page.

We only allow payment via Paypal of Manual Payment. Any combination of these two gives the same result, a blank page. Everything else works, I can view the invoice, add new billing accounts etc, but once you click on "Pay This Invoice", it crashes

I am running on a CentOS 5 system.

Does anyone know what could cause this problem

Could you please give me credentials to your server - send them via private message?
Developers will take a look on your issue.
 
And could you please send me the log "/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log" or at least the last rows from it appeared just ahfer white screen is shown.
 
Dear jcox,

Most probably we have fix for you - it will be shipped with the nearest micro-update.
If you send me credentials for SSH access, we will fix the issue directly on your server.
