convert mailbox to lowercase ERR (3) [util_exec]: proc_close() failed

When running the repair function to convert mailboxes to lowercase, I immediatley receive the following error:

/usr/local/psa/bin/repair --convert-mailboxes-to-lowercase
2014-10-30T00:11:09+01:00 ERR (3) [util_exec]: proc_close() failed

What does this "[util_exec]: proc_close() failed" means and how can I fix this error?

Try to enable debug mode - http://kb.odin.com/en/120101 and then run this command again. I hope you will see more details and useful information for troubleshooting.

Thanks Igor, by enabling debug mode I fixed this issue. Within mailnames there were some directories with info, Info and/or INFO.
