Question Couple adjustments for local sending, templates bouncing, and preventing local to spam

Bossman

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
Almalinux (newest)
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.74
1.
I would like to change MAILER-DAEMON@server.hostdomain.com and postmaster to something like admin@hostdomain.com
Is it possible to do so in Postfix ?, but not breaking anything up ?, i Have Danami Spam protection plugin and Juggernat.

2.
I would like to translate also bounce, deliverysuccess, ect. statuses in postfix, in past bounce.cf and other templates was working, but now i am not sure if it is still possible to do so., and to say that out loud, i am not talking about plesk notiffications system, only local.

3.
Lastly, mailer-daemon, postmaster are getting in to spam, panel.ini havent tested, dmarc.conf is not present at my system, i have created it, but that didnt help, the only way it worked is to make _dmarc.server.hostdomain.com with p=none, that did trick, but is it possible to do it differently, so chose emails are sent via plesk, or atleast they have dmarc verified, take note that this is subdomain server hostname.

Thanks for any help i could get there,

Hi, @Bossman .

There is no way to change the mailer-daemon address Plesk-wise. You can indeed try redirecting through Postfix, but I can't say if that won't break something:

I am afraid that, I am not a 100% sure about that. It's best to refer to the official release notes of Postfix.

What you can try is adding the server hostname to the DMARC whitelist:

It will also be helpful to check the mail logs to confirm whether the delivery fails due to the DMARC policy.
