Issue CSS Blown Helping

Hello, yesterday there was no problem on the plesk server, today the css is blown, how can I fix it?

You need to provide more information, what changes were made to the server, have you tried clearing your browsers cache?
 
No changes were made from the server. I cleared my browser caches and still the problem persists.
