  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

A "reseller" has any other way, different from keyboard, to create his customer's sub-user?

Any way to import a csv, or something like that?

If a reseller has one hundred customer accounts to create, it's hard and time consuming to make it manually... :(

Just a question: in the guide it's written "a strict requirement is that the option Ability to use XML API is selected in the reseller subscription properties".

Yes, option "Ability to use remote API" in Reseller Service Plan or Subscription Permissions Tab should be enabled:
