Customers emails coming into root email

Hey guys,

For some reason a customer is receiving emails from root@theirdomain.com and its coming into our main email. How can this be disabled or modified?

According to the message headers specify which system sent these emails and disable them there.

Yes, we do know the email, but where in Plesk do we disable/modify how we receive emails for customers if the email doesn't exist. For example, a customer received an email to root@theirdomain.com, but it came to our root email instead.
