Default Domain Page

Hi
i had updated a webapplication with Asp.Net2 in httpdocs .
i want to change homepage on my Domain ,my website pages shown az a link from my domain, like this:http://myDomainname.com/default.aspx
how i can change this page: http://myDomainName.com without sitebuilder or Iinstal Application on my Desktop?
