Issue Deffered EMails

Hello,

since June 2017 I only get Mails stuck in the Mailqueue.
I haven't changed anything.

I replaced my private Email with *** so don't wonder yourself. Thats definitely not the error

I've tried the workaround with disabling my DNS in Plesk and use my Providers only but this didn't help either.
If you need any further information please let me know.

Hi Lukas N,

could you pls. add the corresponding "mail.log" - entries and the mail - server configuration files for further investigations? The header informations of an eMail don't point to possible tranport - issues.

In addition, it is always a good idea to start with:

• YOUR current used operating system
• YOUR current used Plesk version ( incl. #MU )

... if you experience issues/errors/problems, or desire to discuss configuration settings.


With my first investigations, I saw some current configurations and problems, which you should consider to check and correct:

Pls. use as well a site like "www.mail-tester.com", to check your mail - server configuations.​

Additional informations:

=> Plesk for Linux services logs and configuration files ( KB - article: 213403509 )​

I'm aware of the MXToolBox Errors but haven't had time to fix them...

I took all Logs i could find.
To paste them here would be too much Data.
I know this isn't the most beautiful way. If you want me to go another way please let me know.

... and solve your issue with the provided solutions. In case you desire a "faster" - solution, pls. disable apparmor on your server and restart dovecot afterwards.
