  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Deleting domain has deleted entire customer!

We needed to delete a domain which has been terminated by a customer. This customer has about 40 domains linked to them.

When we deleted the domain, it deleted the entire customer!

I'm trying to find the support option on your site but I can't find it, there's just no support option for Plesk anymore.

What do we do now?
 
Haha, no, I mean actually getting to the support part is very difficult, you need to select the "Plesk Suite" group header which looks like nothing more than a heading and you're expecting to find an entry in the list. Therefore you find everything EXCEPT what you looking for and then out of pure desperation you click on the group header and suddenly you're able to get where you need to be
