  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Can swsoft add a button to allow disabling "Plesk news"?

right now, it shows "Miva" and "ColdFusion" stuff. We don't offer either, and it just adds confusion to my clients, thinking that we offer both while we don't.

those news are supposed to be for hosting provders, and not for hosting clients.
 
Hello,

Please try to disable Pelsk news in Plesk: Server->Interface management->interfase template ->preferences and disable newsfeeds there.
 
I did the following,

Hide newsfeeds -> checked

But Plesk News still shows.

I am using Plesk for Windows 8.2.0 with plesk_8.2.0.1_update070919.13.msp patch, WinXP Reloaded Compact skin.
