• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Disk Space allocation way off?

..or I don't understand exactly which files/directories it's counting! :)

I have several domains reporting a lot of usage (5GB+), but they don't have anywhere near that in their FTP space (closer to 1GB now). /logs and /error-docs contain only 8MB of files. They don't have email accounts set up.

I know in the past they've gone up as high as 5GB, due to WordPress logging/backups and such things, but when the usage has come down, the disk space figure doesn't appear to have corrected itself.

I've tried: /usr/local/psa/admin/sbin/statistics --calculate-one --domain-name=example.com

to update the affected names to no avail.

I guess there are some files somewhere attached to these accounts - does anyone know how I can find out where they're hiding?

Make sure that you have not included backups in disk space statistics in Tools&Settings>Server Statistics Settings
