  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Question DKIM Not Signing Outgoing Email

Stephen_Stephen

New Pleskian
Hi
Using an old version but please anyone let me know the correct forum subcategory

I have setup DKIM in plesk and double check the required configuration and they are all in place and the DNS TXT public key is valid via online DKIM tools check , e.g. mxtoolbox, etc. but it seems that the outgoing emails are not DKIM-signed by looking at the recipient email source header

I am using 12.0.18 Update #104 so far it's working well for all my domains except the dkim issue. The timeframe does not allow me to upgrade plesk at the moment. I found a KB article online but it says "You're not authorized to access this page"

Can someone experienced suggest how I can trouble shoot this

thanks
