  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue DKIM problem: messages are not

Erwan

Regular Pleskian
Hello,

We have activated DKIM on one server with Plesk Onyx 17.5.
There is an entry that is created in the DNS of domains.
All seems to be correct but the message are not signed.

I've made that:
#plesk repair mail

But the problem is the same...

Where can the problem arise? Thanks.

Hi Erwan,

there are different settings for the serverwide settings and the domain specific settings:

Second, pls. make sure that the domain specfic DNS entries are as well existent at your primary nameserver and pls. check your "mail.log" for possible issues/errors/problems. If you need help with your investigations, pls. consider to provide the FQDN, so that people willing to help you have something to start with the investigations together with you.

Thanks UFHH01.

"Allow signing outgoing mail" is checked, domain option "DKIM spam protection system to sign outgoing email messages" too....
No information in maillog... ;(

Primary DNS server is on the same account / server and there is entries :
> default._domainkey.mydomain.com. TXT v=DKIM1; p=MIGfMAxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
> _domainkey.mydomain.com. TXT o=-
(automatic creation)

When i send a message by the webmail for example, no DKIM in the message...
