  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

DNN installation

Hi there,

I notice that most of the application vault installer will install the application on a subfolder. For example, DNN installation will only install on subfolder, not on the root.

How can I install it on the root? Any advise?

Dnn

root directory installation of applications have to be done manually. For DNN you have to download files from the DNN website; manually create the MSSQL database and proceed with the web based installation. Also this gives u the choice to install the latest version of DNN than what is available in the control panel.
